12/19/25 — Export & Chart Enhancements
Export quantitative chart data to Excel, display numeric values as configurable ranges, and flip top-2/bottom-2 box scores.
This release bundles several enhancements to how quantitative data is displayed and exported, giving you more control over your chart views and the ability to take your data into external tools.
Excel Export for Chart Data
You can now export the data behind any respondent value chart directly to Excel. Click the export button on a chart to download a spreadsheet with the underlying data, ready for use in presentations, further analysis, or reporting workflows outside the platform.
Range Display for Numeric Data
Continuous sum and multi-numeric respondent values can now be displayed as configurable ranges instead of individual values. When viewing these question types, edit the respondent value and select the Range display style.
The platform automatically generates sensible default ranges, or you can define custom range boundaries to match your analysis needs. After changing the display style or adjusting ranges, refresh the page to see the updated visualization.
Top-2 Box Inversion
For quantitative charts using top-2 or bottom-2 box scoring, you can now flip the display to invert which end of the scale is highlighted. This is useful when your scale orientation differs from the default or when you want to emphasize the opposite end of your data for a specific analysis.
Why It Matters
These enhancements make quantitative data more flexible and portable. Excel export lets you incorporate platform data into your existing reporting workflows. Range display transforms granular numeric data into meaningful groupings. And top-2 box inversion ensures your chart presentation matches your analysis narrative regardless of scale orientation.
