Capture more complete voice responses with targeted follow-up questions during in-browser and phone interviews.
We’ve introduced the AI Moderator to help participants give more complete voice responses. During an interview, it checks whether a response addresses the question and can ask a targeted follow-up before the participant moves on.
What’s New
When someone answers only part of a question, the AI Moderator gives them an opportunity to fill in the missing detail while the topic is still fresh. Follow-ups are designed to stay within the scope of the Research-approved questions, keeping the interview focused on your study objectives.
Key Features
- Response completeness checks: Identify parts of a question that a participant has not yet addressed
- Targeted follow-ups: Ask for the missing information during the same interview
- Flexible recording: Support participants answering through their browser or over the phone
Why It Matters
A response can touch on the right topic while leaving an important part of the question unanswered. Following up in the moment helps capture that context and can reduce the need to contact participants again after their interview. Your research team continues to guide study design and review the resulting data.
