    10/15/26 — Download Video Presentations and Audiograms as PowerPoint Files

    Download editable PowerPoint files of your video presentations and custom audiograms to refine slides and reuse them in your own decks.

    Previously, Create a video presentation produced a finished video combining slides, voiceover, and participant audio clips. Now you can also download that presentation as an editable PowerPoint file. Make tweaks, adjust the layout, or insert selected slides into another deck using the PowerPoint tools you already know.

    Custom audiograms now offer a PowerPoint download too, giving you the same flexibility to edit and reuse participant quotes and audio in your own presentations.

    What’s New

    • Video presentations: Use Create a video presentation in AI Chat to generate a PowerPoint alongside the presentation video. Download it from the link under the presentation video in the chat sidebar.
    • Custom audiograms: Check Also generate a PowerPoint in the audiogram editor to get one. The option is off by default. Quick-generated audiograms produce a video only.
    • Downloads: Once an audiogram with a PowerPoint finishes, Download PowerPoint appears in the audiogram’s action menu and in the player’s Download menu.

    What’s in the Deck

    • The introduction becomes a title slide.
    • Each text section becomes its own slide.
    • Each quote becomes a slide with the participant’s answer and their recording, plus slides for any narration before or after it.
    • Slides advance automatically after their audio ends; slides without audio advance after five seconds.

    This first version keeps the slides simple: theme styling and word highlighting aren’t carried over, and long answers are shortened with an ellipsis. All text is editable, so you can restyle or trim slides to match your deck.

    Why It Matters

    Build on the presentation you generated: tailor the wording for your audience, restyle slides to match your organization’s template, or bring selected quotes and audio into a larger stakeholder deck. PowerPoint downloads give you a familiar format to keep working with as your presentation evolves.
